Should I be concerned about my child?

Your child is 3+ years old and you are concerned about their speech and language development:

Your child may have one of the following issues:

  • Your child is not understood by an unfamiliar listener

  • Your child is showing frustration at not being able to express themselves

  • You feel your child is having problems understanding what you are saying

  • Your child is struggling to play appropriately for their age -does not stay at any activity for very long

  • Your child is dribbling and the front of their shirt is often wet

  • Your child is dysfluent (stuttering) and it does not seem to be getting better

If your child is experiencing any of the above, it is recommended that you seek advice from your GP or speak to us at Mosman Language and Learning Centre.
